I submitted a customer service request regarding non delivery of my order and am still waiting for a human to reply. As much as I enjoy seeing the pink boxes delivered, I believe it may be a temptation to those who are into stealing packages. Update: After about a week and a half, Customer Service contacted me and promptly resolved the issue to my satisfaction without issue. Therefore I have updated my rating!

Quality and Timeliness

I love the price and the products I did receive. But was disappointed that what I really wanted was sold out.

Need a suggestion box to explain what would help customers.

This shipment came in a reasonable time according to my timeline. I'm amazon addicted when it comes to receiving my purchases and I felt Beauty Pie could not give me accurate delivery times. that seems to have changed. Thank you

Two items were missing from my latest order and I emailed the company, I got an acknowledgment that they were busy and would get back to me. It's been over a week. Update- got a reply, thanks for taking care of it.

The products are great, but shipping takes so long!

I just received my 1st "ever" order from beauty pie. I absolutely adore the pink box my products arrived in. Can't wait to get started, and start seeing some results!
