I've been using Beauty Pie for about 6 months now. As for quality of the products, I've found them to be hit-and-miss. (Some excellent, some I've thrown away after a couple of uses.) I felt like the site was misleading when I signed up. There are different levels of membership. At the time I signed up, I chose the option that allowed you to pay a flat fee for an entire year's membership. One of the bonuses was supposed to be access frequent "limitless" days. What I quickly found out was that "limitless" only applied to a VERY small number of products, and not usually ones that you'd really want. (I notice that the flat-fee option is no longer offered on the site. Maybe they got complaints.) The other issue is just the purely ridiculous nature of the system. There's an actual price for each product. and then a price you actually pay. The actual price is what is deducted from your spending limit. So, you can only get two or three things at once. It's extremely frustrating, and even mildly stressful, which shopping for girl-stuff is NOT supposed to be. It should be fun! And I should be able to buy all the things I want, not feel like I'm in a war-time commissary rationing out coupons.

Have had a hard time trying to buy anything from the sight

I have found the customer service very lacking. I had issues with my first order arriving close to 2 weeks late, plus I did not receive the first month free as the promo promised. I reached out to customer service via email, phone, and text. The few and far between responses I got were generic and did not address the problems. However, the skin care products have been nice so far. Love the Japan Fusion cleanser and toner, Daily spf 30 moisturizer, and the Super Healthy Skin anti-aging cream.

Meh at best The candles are nice, although not that much cheaper than the name brand option. I bought two of the highest-ranking best sellers and have been using them for a month and they don't pack near the punch of my higher-end options. Plus, after factoring in the membership fee and shipping, it's not that much cheaper and not nearly as potent. I'm canceling as soon as I get out of the 3-month required membership.

So since you're looking for an honest opinion, I'll tell you that so far, Beauty Pie is disappointing, and after my 3 months is up, I don't plan to continue. The sponges I ordered for my face are fine. But the lipstick was not a true matte, and the face cream was SO heavily scented (and not even a pleasant scent)...I don't like artificial fragrance, it's really bad for the skin, I look for more natural ingredients in my products. I did like the black container the face cream came in. I have placed a second order and I'll see how the next box of products is.

Poor customer service. Bought Flexiglass UV nail lacquer and it peels off of my nails within a day in one sheet of rubbery plastic-like material. Japan fusion face wash is nice, but the toner or step two is worthless. The only thing I’d recommend is the Japan fusion step one face wash and the retinol cream.

The shipping and handling cost is WAY to high!

I asked Specific questions which were not answered I was Just given a generic answer! Very disappointed.
