I had a look into the correspondence and can see your order fell into the status 'Payment Authorization Requires Review.' Cases like this are extremely rare and it will hold the order from going through to our warehouse until our team approves this charge. Unfortunately, with cases like this our team isn't directly notified. However, this will stop your confirmation and dispatch email from being sent. Hi there, thank you for sharing your honest review and I am sorry to hear this fragrance wasn't quite what you hoped for! Unfortunately, we currently don't accept returns on products that have been opened or used however we are looking to change our policy in future. We do offer discovery sets of our fragrances to give the chance to sample the scents we carry. We will be launching some new scents very soon along with a new set of samples to purchase. You may like to try booking an appointment with our team to help with any suggestions! As for your mist, this certainly doesn't sound like our usual quality! If you can reach out to our team at [email protected] with a photo and the batch number of the product we can have our team investigate this further and help resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we don't cover the costs of returns in the US. I apologize for any disappointment caused however we do state this in our terms and conditions and help center on site.
