Thank you for getting in touch with us and taking the time to leave a review - I hope you're well and having a good day. I'm sorry to hear that you've not loved our Undereye Genius. As with all cosmetics, it largely comes down to personal preference if it works for you or suits your skin's needs. Unfortunately it is for this reason that we are only able to refund you for an item if it is faulty. We can only accept returns on items that have not been opened or used and are in the same condition that you received them in. I appreciate that you many not wish to continue using the product so as a goodwill gesture please reach out to us and we'd be happy to replace the spending allowance used so that you can trial an alternative product if you wish.

We're so sorry to hear that your reviews have been rejected. We use an independently moderated review platform which helps our customers to leave genuine reviews for our products but also conducts moderation with regards to approving and rejecting certain reviews.
