I had a look into the tracking information and can see there hasn't been any updates since the 19th of January. Therefore, as it has been over 7 business days with no tracking we can confirm this has been lost unfortunately. Therefore, I have reached out to you over email to discuss this further with you. We offer shade matching with our shade experts if you can let us know a current product name and shade that is a good match for you! We can then have our team match you to a Beauty Pie shade. I am afraid at this time we don't currently have an exchange program in place, and we only accept returns on products that haven't been opened or used.
