The products are nice but I would have appreciated a better direction example with the products.

So far, I’m happy with the products I selected based on User reviews. My fav is the Retinol. I’d give it 5 stars BUT I don’t like how long it takes to get products. I continually had to keep checking over a week later to confirm the order wasn’t lost. Now my second order could take as long as another two weeks? Hopefully this changes.

Great products at great prices. So far I think items are worth the pricing-although a few still seem high

Shipping was quick and packaging was great. the make up I got IS GOOD QUALITY

i love beauty pie. the quality of the products is top notch. 98% of the time i am hugely happy with my purchases. the only issue is not being able to return fragrance. i make every attempt to read the description & all of the reviews, yet despite this, i could DESPISE a fragrance (like vanille nue - right in the garbage). there should be a way to get a sample of all fragrances on an individual basis (i do not want to purchase half a dozen fragrances i have no interest in). please figure out a way for customers to sample fragrances.

Just joined Beauty Pie for a free 60 days trial. I ordered a few items including hair accessories and hair products, lipsticks, blush, and vitamins to give it all a try. So far I am very happy with all the products. My only disappointment was that in neither orders I received my gifts that I was promised. Had to call when I was also missing a product that was out of stack and was not informed prior to my delivery. Other than having to call and following up on the non-delivered items, I am looking forward to continuing loving all their products. It just makes sense to find all the necessary beauty products all in one place at a good price and best quality.

If there was one thing I would love to see improve at Beauty Pie, it’s the shipping process. I purchase most of my face, bath, and vitamin products from this subscription and it usually takes over 7 days to arrive. After the handoff from DHL to USPS, I no longer see accurate arrival info. That said, I have really been loving the innovations in product recently. The latest addition to the Youth Bomb line is amazing, it really smoothed out the texture in my 46 year old skin! I can’t wait to get my hands on the new light mask. My personal hope is that they will please bring back the ballad en foret scent and body wash! I check the site once a week to see if it’s back in stock.

I love the quality and curation of their products. As well as the reasonable prices.
