However, with the shower gel you purchased we do advise of the scent notes and fragrance on the website. We stand behind our promise to deliver our members the very best price/quality combination, and where possible we will reduce prices in line with the supplier price reductions in the future. We - like most companies - have been through an extraordinary period of price inflation over the past few years. You will also see instances on our website where a product is very popular, so we increase the size, to bring it to members at a lower overall cost per ml (like in the case of the Elastic Repair Hair Treatment, which now comes in a much larger tube, at just a slightly higher price). In cases like this, it appears that prices have gone up, but in fact the value our members are getting is even better by buying an item in a larger format. We are also really sorry to hear you haven't been satisfied with our shipping times. We are looking at new options for quicker shipping in the future, but as we are an ever growing company, it is a matter of logistics at this time.
