Hi there, Thank you for leaving your review and I am sorry to hear the product you purchased wasn't quite what you hoped for. If you are experiencing any creasing, you may like to try applying a primer prior to the concealer and setting with a powder such as our One Powder Wonder to help this last all day. However, we have passed your comments over the our product development team to consider for future. Best regards, Ivy from Member Happiness Beauty Pie

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your review and I am sorry to hear the product you purchased wasn't quite what you hoped for. This is a colour correcting product, therefore the Medium/Deep shade is used to help with colour correcting brown toned undereye circles. We advise to apply a thin layer under the eye and then take your everyday concealer and apply this on top to neutralize the colour. Please be assured, we have passed your feedback along to the relevant departments to consider for future. Best wishes, Ivy from Member Happiness Beauty Pie

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your review and I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with your recent experience. I am afraid at this time we don't accept returns on used or opened products which we do state in our terms and conditions as well as our help center pages on site. I had a look into your correspondence and can see we confirmed there was a technical issue with the code we provided you which we had raised with our team. This code was to order a different shade for free as we appreciate the one you tried wasn't quite right. Typically, the codes are very easy to apply and don't cause any issues. As the code was giving you issues at checkout, our team arranged for this product to be shipped out to you instead so you didn't have to wait for the technical issue to be fixed. I can confirm this is not a scam and our team resolved your issue over email. The product is due to arrive on February 14th, if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach out and we would be happy to assist you further. We appreciate your comments and please be assured this has been passed on to the relevant teams. Best wishes, Ivy from Member Happiness Beauty Pie
