Just signed up for Beauty Pie after reading rave reviews about the products. Ordered a skin care kit (which I haven't used yet) and the Super Healthy Hair shampoo and conditioner. These two products were a disappointment. They smelled nice but left my locks limp and greasy. I had hoped to find a new brand that was good for fine color treated hair. The bottles weren't expensive so it's no great loss but I will be going back to using my tried and true Nexxus.

I was excited to try this having heard rave reviews. I found the website fairly straightforward. And subscription well described. Once I decided to go all in, that’s where the disappointment started. I was offered a free blush product, which never arrived. I had several discount codes but it was not clear how to use them properly. Then I had a code for subscription but was told they couldn’t use it. Seemed like a lot of bait and switch. Not to mention the products that I wanted were continuously not available. I did put an order in and it has arrived. But the rough start is leaving a bad taste in the mouth. Customer service was prompt but offered no real solutions, didn’t answer all questions and offered what seemed like canned responses.

Beauty Pie is wonderful. The products are great. However, this is only a 2 star review because of the poor delivery service. Having paid for express delivery, DPD, your delivery company managed to mess up my order many times. I eventually received it nearly 3 weeks after the initial order. It’s a shame, because once the products arrived, the quality was beyond reproach. However, your customer service was very good and you answered my difficulties promptly and efficiently. That said, I will be staying with you, and praying that next time, DPD, give a far better level of service. You might want to look at who delivers your products.

I've unfortunately been waiting 4 weeks and still have not received my products. So I'm not reviewing the products, just the service. I did get a response from them and they said they have sent a replacement but the event I wanted the make up for has now passed so that is disappointing.

Even though free shipping advertised, there’s a glitch in ur system where I still had to pay for shipping. Customer service gave me a ‘free ship’ code even after I called with the issue. That code still didn’t make shipping free.

I would love to give a review on the products but after almost 3 weeks I still have not received them. The shipping process used in the US is very inconvenient and time consuming. I was also charged for shipping when they were running a promotion for free shipping if you buy 7 items or more, I purchased 29 items. I love the concept this company has but so far the execution has been lacking.

I have been a subscriber to BeautyPie for about a year. I thought it was a fantastic idea and I loved the thought of being able to buy small amounts of great products to test them out. That said, all the products are BeautyPie brand. The packaging is great (fantastic sizes) but after a while, I began to wonder about the products themselves. I bought the "super healthy skin" body polish, the "super healthy skin" moisture cream, and "superpose vitamin C" hand lotion...all months apart. All smell like Pinesol. I started wondering if they just package up the same stuff under a different name in different containers. It made me wonder about the serums as well. The website is also pretty bad, and in the end, I have decided to bail. Confusing that there is a UK and an American site and I wonder if they even sell the same products.
