Our current returns policy can be found on the website here - https://beautypiehelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014621880-CAN-I-RETURN-A-BEAUTY-PIE-ITEM-IF-I-DON-T-LIKE-IT When submitting a return request we do require the condition of the items to be stated, as our warehouse can only pass returns inspections on items returned in their original condition. We don't currently offer the option to purchase 'lightly used' products on the website and have no plans to do so, however I will be sure to share this feedback with the wider teams. I had a look into your orders and can see the first order was delivered in 10 business days, and your second order is due for delivery tomorrow which will arrive within 7 days, therefore this is within our regular timeframe. Hi there, Thank you for sharing your honest review and I am sorry to hear the product you tried recently didn't have the results you were hoping for. With this colour corrector, we advise to apply a thin layer under the eye and then follow up with your Everyday concealer on top to neutralize the colour. However, I will certainly pass your feedback along to our product team to consider for future. In addition, we have some lovely eye creams to help combat dark under eye circles. I am afraid at this time we don't offer returns on products that have been opened or used. It appears our team provided you with a discount code to purchase something else to try if you wish as we understand this product didn't quite work for you. Just so you are aware, it appears you purchased this item as a non member with us. We do currently have our free trial running at this time which allows you to shop the products at our members prices. Therefore, this product would be $14.00 as a member with us instead of the typical value of $30.00. Our free trial can be cancelled at anytime and allows those to try our products out and receive some advice on a suitable routine to try. If you have any interest in our free trial or any questions, feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected]. However, I appreciate you may not wish to shop further with us.
