Your packaging is overkill. You could put this product in something Much smaller to mail out.

I am very white and this product has not made much of a difference. I was so hopeful.

Sorry to say, your packaging is ridiculous. It may not be plastic, thankfully, but I've had tiny items shipped in large cumbersome boxy containers. Please minimize. And the shipping charges make me wish I hadn't ordered anythng!

I received 2 products that were sample sizes. That’s so shameful to do and then lie and say my box was valued at more than $200 dollars. Not happy at all. When I called to express my opinion I was literally brushed off.

I had no idea it would take almost two weeks and I still have yet to receive my order. I will more than likely be canceling my membership because it takes way to long to receive orders.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to continue from the trial period with this company. The Qi Energy products I bought were scented to which I have an adverse reaction. Most of their face products are scented and the only one I found which was not did not suit my needs.

The website is badly organised. Just some examples - two spaces to log in on the home page; tiny tiny icons to reach your account and the search function on the home page once logged in; photos of swatches are often out of date as products are quickly out of stock or no longer available. On a personal note, my wishlist vanished and was replaced by my last order details - still waiting after a week for resolution. As to the range and quality of products - very variable. The matte lipstick range has four shades that all come out a muddy pink, and one supposedly reddish/brown shade that is actually a great vibrant pink/red. The consistency ranged from waxy and sliding off to long lasting and not drying. The cleansers are good, particularly the Plantastic balm and the JapanFusion range. Plus points for BP products being vegan.

I love Beauty Pie but y’all need to get your packaging more eco-friendly! So much waste every time I order and it appears the bottles aren’t recyclable. I won’t be able to keep ordering if this doesn’t change :( I’d love a refillable option for the body lotion so I don’t have to keep adding one use plastics into the world.
