We would suggest to apply some powder under the eye after application to set the makeup! This will help to avoid any creasing with the cream product. We do state on our site that our expedited shipping is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends), therefore we can't guarantee you will receive this faster than this timeframe. In addition, I can see you spoke with one of my colleagues. It sounds as though you may have not received a dispatch or confirmation email. I can see this has been sent, therefore you may like to check your junk or spam folder incase it has appeared here and create our email as a contact in your inbox. This should prevent this from happening in future! However, please note you can track your order from within your account under the 'order history' which will also show you the product order you placed as confirmation. In addition, I can see you placed this on the weekend during our cut off time. Therefore, the order wasn't processed until Monday however it was delivered within the 3-5 business day mark.
