Edit: wow, can officially say they are all about customer CARE, not just service. I’m including my original review on here to show that even though I’d misunderstood something, they reached out to me and cleared everything up. The delivery timing was my error. I appreciate the company still reaching out to me unsolicited to make things right and explain the error. Like I said, the box it was in wasn’t a big deal just confusing. Once again, the delivery timing was my error. They went above and beyond. Original: Came in a MaxAroma box which was unexpected. Also, paid extra $2 for the expedited shipping. Don’t bother, still took them 2 days to ship and took the standard amount of time to get here. Didn’t check the label to see if it was mailed any different.
