Dear Faouzie, We are very sorry to hear your words and would like to make an explanation to prevent misunderstandings for the people who read your review. The conversation between you and us is below. Faouzie Chammah I want to return the package when I receive it by FedEx. I will not open it and it will be in the original box. BeautyLIV Okay, no problem. Here is the information about the Return Process. We will provide you a prepaid return label and ask you to ship the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we will issue a refund. You may also ship it to our address if you would like to ship on your own instead of having sent a prepaid return label ($10). Shipping & handling fee ($6) is non-refundable and returning label fee ($10) will be deducted from your refund as well. Please let us know how to proceed. Faouzie Chammah I shipped it on my own. BeautyLIV We received and inspected your return and issued a $152 refund to your PayPal account. Faouzie Chammah I informed Paypal that you want to refund 152$. Of course I accept it because you paid 6 $ shipping,I told Paypal. Other vendors refund me on the spot when they receive the package,For sure I will not deal with you anymore. BeautyLIV As we mentioned before, we already issued your refund to your PayPal account. WE HELPED YOU THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS AND WERE KIND ALL THE TIME AS WE ALWAYS DO. UNFORTUNATELY, WE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WEREN'T SATISFIED WITH AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR DEFAMATION. Sincerely, BeautyLIV
