Dear Moss, We are sorry to hear that and apologize for the inconvenience. Right after you posted this review, we emailed you 2 times to solve the problem and as in the emails; we provided you a prepaid return label to return the products back to us and once we receive the items, we will issue a full refund to your PayPal account. However, we never heard back from you. In addition, we would like to let you know that it wasn't a deliberate ripoff attempt! We carry more than 12,000 products in our warehouse and ship out hundreds of orders everyday. Although we do our job carefully, we rarely ship out wrong items. This doesn't only happen at BeautyLIV.com, it even happens at Amazon, Ebay, and all the other companies. We are all human beings and it's okay to make mistakes... Please accept our apologies again. We are always here for you... Thank you for your understanding Sincerely, BeautyLIV
