Unfortunately so far Im having a bad…
Uddate: I was sent a refund since the item was not in stock. Currenly the perfume no longer appears on the web site. Unsure if they will carry the item again or if its still out of stock.
Unfortunately so far I had a bad experience. I ordered a perfume 11/27 and today is 12/4 - the shipping label was only created (informed by post office) and the item is not in their possession. I emailed several xs and I only got a response it was shipped? So why is it not scanned in and moving? This is over $150.00 I paid. Please help track the item or give me a full refund. Also, respond to my emails with request to help track the item. I can not do a think from my end anymore.

We dropped off your package at the post office on the first business day after your order as promised and notified you about this via email as well.
Then, you reached out to us and said that there is no movement on my package, can you please assist?
We replied to you with the saying below.
We completely understand your concern but please don't get stressed because we are always here for you and definitely stand behind our products and services.
We got in touch with the shipping carrier and filed a claim for the package. Please allow them some time to notify us of their findings. We'll keep you updated when we hear back from them.
Please note that if your package gets lost, we will ship you the same item again (with no additional fee requested) or issue a full refund to your credit card per your request.
When USPS completed their investigation, we reached out to you again and said the following below.
USPS completed their investigation and unfortunately they were unable to verify the location of the package. So, this means that your package is lost.
Since the item that you purchased is currently out of stock, we issued a full refund to your credit card.
Lastly, we replied to all of your emails within 24 hours like we do to all of our customers.
