Don't waste your time/money.
Their customer service is trash to say the least. I ordered a bottle of Initio - Musk Therapy and after not receiving my package, I e-mailed them and after I waited for a response and followed up again, they replied with "We received a response from the carrier yesterday evening saying: “Thank you for your patience as we investigated this package. We have contacted the Kew Gardens NY Post Office and have been working with the Supervisor. He interviewed the carrier and found the carrier is very familiar with this delivery address and sure that he delivered this package on May 16, 2024." At this point, we aren't responsible for this order." First of all, they are lying. The mail person is a woman, not a man. Secondly and most importantly, how are you going to tell a customer you aren't responsible for a $230.00 order but took their money right away? This is essentially theft. I have never experience this kind of customer service before. This is not the way to handle this type of issue. I will be escalating this to my bank institution. Do not waste your time/energy and stay away from these scammers!

Dear Eliana, We are very sorry to hear your words and would like to make an explanation to prevent misunderstandings for the people who read your review. We shipped your order to the address that you provided at the checkout and after a while according to the information on USPS's website for your package, we sent you a delivery information email. Then, you reached out to us and said, ''I didn't receive my package''. So hence, we got in touch with the shipping carrier and filed a claim for the package. USPS investigated your package and confirmed that the carrier delivered your package to your address on May 16, 2024. At this point, we aren't responsible for your order. As a seller, we did all our duties for you that needed to be done from our side like we always do for all of our customers. We helped you from the beginning but instead of agreeing on the outcome of the investigation, you are openly defaming us. We absolutely don't accept your defamation. Sincerely, BeautyLIV
