I’ve had issues with their shipping and orders being lost. One order I placed has not been received by the post office. They told me they are waiting on them (beautyliv). I’ve emailed them several times and they have been non responsive. I tried giving them another chance as I’ve ordered multiple times and each time it gets worse and worse. Not sure I’m coming back.

Similarly to other bad reviews, I experienced a similar issue. After 5 full days, my order has not moved at all. The company advertises a 3-5 days time to receive an order. They answered my concern similarly to the other reviews, by lying that the order was in the hands of USPS. I contacted the USPS and they confirmed that my package has not been dropped off by the seller. I made multiple attempts to ask Beautyliv for a refund, to no avail. I now have no choice, but to file claims with PayPal and my credit card. This is outright fraud that is unfortunately widespread throughout the perfume industry. Reading how the company cut and pastes their rebuttals to bad reviews, is disgusting and shows a complete lack of care to actually address any individual issue. 0 stars is what this business deserves.
