Dear Jonathan, We are writing to address your recent review and provide clarification regarding your order to prevent any misunderstandings. Your order was placed on September 7 and shipped the same day. According to tracking information from DHL and USPS, the package was delivered on September 20. As previously stated, your order was processed and dropped off at the post office on schedule. Any subsequent delays were due to the shipping carriers, which can occasionally occur. As a seller, we fulfilled all our responsibilities for your order, as we do for all our customers. We have attempted to assist you from the beginning; however, we cannot accept the defamatory statements made in your review following the conclusion of the shipping investigation. Sincerely, BeautyLIV
