Beautylish Sold Expired Products
I purchased two items (order num, 9L1X-JR3N) in Sep 2020. One of the two, an It Cosmetics blush, expired in June 2020; barcode "A7163". Another was a By Terry eyeshadow, expired on early November 2020, only 2 months after order date. Oh, did I mention it take almost 20 days to ship to my country? so that leaves about a month for me to use before expiration? are you kidding? I made the order during a so-called sales event, not much discount, and they never mentioned the items were expired or about to! only said no return or refund. Such hypocrisy!! Will never visit the site again. Told every one about this. Luckily I checked the expiration date for these items before I use them this week.

We are unable to find any record that you previously contacted us regarding your order delivery status nor regarding the two products in your order. Regarding the order delivery, your order was placed 9/4/20 and shipped from our San Francisco center on 9/5/20 . The order cleared China Customs on 9/12/20 and final tracking lists that your order was temporarily stored at a local shop on 9/14/20 due to the Longqing Festival Holiday. Beautylish does not sell expired products. Please send us photos of the product packaging and of the products themselves showing the product batch codes so that we may research this matter for you. You may email the photos to Customer Service at [email protected] and we will promptly assist you. Please reference your order number 9L1X-JR3N. when you email the photos. We look forward to your email and assisting you. Thank you.,

Horrible company!
Horrible company!! Expired makeup products. They took money from my cc when I sent the products back. Then they took more money from a card that wasn't even related to the order. SMH scam!!!

Hi Jayde, Thank you for giving us another opportunity to address your concerns. We spoke with you this past Friday, Nov. 6th, to explain how partial payments were processed for past due August and September 2020 payments. The payments were processed in accordance with our Flexible Payments Program Terms of Service which authorize Beautylish to attempt and process payments on saved alternate payment methods on your Beautylish account for any past due balances. Separately, the past due August and September 2020 payments were temporarily placed on hold for several weeks when you initiated an order return request for your Beautylish order CLRG-6L59. The return has not been sent back to Beautylish per the FedEx tracking and both return requests have now expired. As you received the order on 7/28/20., the opportunity to return the order within 60 days from date of order receipt has now expired. We hope this additional information provides a clearer response for your inquiry. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

Insulted by lack of customer service outreach .product that…
10 days after i ordered a product that i had not received, i called to inquire what happened. i was advised that the order had been cancelled. Asked why i wasn't contacted and was told that the email was a typo. Meanwhile, they had my correct phone number. I was told that they would send a message to Amex and i would need to contact to find out message before i could reorder. This was insulting.

Me cancelaron mi pedido , sin notificación por error , y no me dan respuesta ya mande mil correos y nada y el cargo ya se realizó a mi tarjeta , y sin respuesta por parte de ustedes es injusto .

Terrible terrible service
Terrible terrible service, they cancelled my order for no reason other than “a glitch” and didn’t bother to email me that it was cancelled!! A week later I reach out to them and they blame it on their system being too sensitive! Rubbish!! Wasted my time and money, buyer beware!!

Won’t order again
I ordered a Jeffree Star palette, it arrived damaged and all they offered was 5 dollars off my next order. I will not be ordering from them again. I didn’t pay 80 dollars for something to come in that condition. I’m super upset

Hi Lisa. After reviewing the photo of the palette you received as part of your Beautylish order RJNG-GWBL, we saw that there was slight damage to one particular shade that occurred during transit. Based on the photo you provided, we determined that the credit offered was appropriate. As you are not satisfied with that decision, we have processed a refund for the palette and you may keep the palette. Thank you.

They sent me an item which is gonna expire soon and said i have to cover returning fee if i want to exchange.
I’m from Japan. I ordered a cc cream from Beautylish and they sent me the package from their warehouse in HongKong. However the item I received has only 3 months left in its shelf life and I can’t use it up in just so much short time like this so I wanna exchange for the newer one. Beautylish said if i return this i have to return the item to their warehouse in US and the returning fee is on me. I don’t understand why they sent me this from HongKong but i have to return it to US. The returning fee from Japan to US for sure is higher than from Japan to HongKong and even higher than the price of the item i bought. Moreover this is not my fault why i have to pay for the returning fee. I feel really disappointed about Beautylish customer service and I don’t think i will purchase at this site again.

It started off amazing but then my… It started off amazing but then my parcel arrived damaged and when I reached out for help I was told I would have to pay to post the damaged item back which unfortunately would cost me a bomb to return as I am in the U.K.. when I explained that I wouldn’t be able to afford that nobody emailed me back it was just left like that with no further help :( so unfortunately I’m left with a damaged palette and the broken eyeshadow pans have stuck to other shades and due to the damaged pan being a very deep dark colour it’s changed the colour of other pans :(
