This was my first experience with Beautylish. Shipping was incredibly fast. The value of the box exceeded my expectations and the packaging was gorgeous.

I am happy with the quick delivery however not happy that although I did get right at the value quoted of the JFS mystery bag so many others have posted unboxing of theirs with value of more than $200+ in their boxes. Seems that although items may not be the same, the value should be. Disappointing as a first time buyer to feel like you were given the not so valued box.

I got my package really fast. I put my items on monthly payments & that has worked out fabulously. One product I got (a mascara) is having a hard time getting out of the bottle, but I've only used it a couple times, so hopefully ...!

Good day. Thanks for your interest. I’ve got my Sonia G. brushes with some defects and wrote about it to customer service and didn’t get any help. Was a little bit disappointed. But still love you, Beautylish ❤️

Excellent company, excellent customer service, very friendly people. Only little bit disappointed that people from USA could get 1 hour earlier access to the new Sonia G. brushes than people from other countries, like me, so i missed, like other Europeans. But further, i don't know, very fast shipping also, very happy with this company!

I had to ordered the same items twice because of the first two I bought showed up in dust literally. Lucky for me they were nice enough to send me new ones for free still and inconvenience but forgivable because in the end I still got my products and they are bomb af!

Great service fast shipping, love shopping at beautylish, site on SoniaG’s recent launch was very slow and glitchy. I only wanted 2 brushes but had to use the launch app to buy the whole set because site wasn’t working. Happy to have the whole set but it should have been easier to but just 2 brushes. Sold out so fast. I wish once you have an item in your cart you are guaranteed to get to purchase.
