I have no concerns when ordering from Beautylish. Over the years I have received excellent products that arrived wrapped for protection as well as a lovely presentation so that it feels like I'm opening a gift. The products they sell are typically high end and/or reliable brands of excellent quality; I've discovered some wonderful products that I may not have known about otherwise and have been pleased. It's nice to know that if there was an issue I could contact them for a solution, but I have not had the need to do so.

You receive personalized service. The service you receive with ordering is top notch-should you need to effect a return, they make it very easy and you will get an individual response. If you are dissatisfied with a product, or in the event that something arrives with an imperfection(which is very rare because of the time and care they take) they will take steps to send you a new one. The site is easy to navigate per new arrivals, product type and brand; Beautylish also offers Flex Pay(which allows you to pay for your order in 3 payments) and also accepts Afterpay. Always super fast shipping. Really good customer service. The only thing I don't know is since I've never have to return anything or any issue with my order I don't know about that side of customer service. Super happy with it, wish more brands are on it.

My five stars are for the following reasons: 1. They had all the products. 2. They have a reasonable minimum amount for free delivery all the way to the UAE. 3. I had some trouble at the payment gateway. Customer service sorted it swiftly. 4. Despite the trouble at the payment gateway, the products arrived in 3 days time. I will definitely buy again. Thank you for a great experience.
