Never received my product and after one response from customer service with no answers they have been silent. Awful!

I received a defective product, wrote to them THREE times, it's been over THREE WEEKS and still no reply!! Unbelievable. Why even bother having a customer service email address when no one is there to answer it!

For years I have been shopping with Beautylish outside US in EU and my overall experience has been nothing but bad. I have spent thousands in goods on the site and often I wait for months to get them. Can’t count the times I have begged them to use another shipping option, offered to pay myself for it, as for such expensive goods this is unacceptable, but they always push me back. My latest experience is with a brush. I waited from April to June, they finally declared it as lost and sent it again. I still don’t have it. It is somewhere on the road for another 2 months- 4 months for a single brush. They went so far as to tell me there were situations when things even delayed got to me, so no gesture, no checking: Wait lady! And if I offer such a bad service, I would never let such words as “there were situations” (as if I was to blame 3 months after an order and a refund something popped up) slip my CS team’s keyboards. As far as I can remember, 2 years ago once they gave me a voucher for a discount. Because I was nice enough to pay them back for goods they refunded me for and I received. How many people would actually be as nice and honest? In all other situations they have not compensated me in any way for the tens of emails, calls and lost time they caused me. I have never had such an awful experience with any other retailer or brand!

This my last mystery bag purchase i got the worst one

I loved everything on my order and everything was packed perfectly,however I admit I was disappointed. I always look forward to getting a goody This was the second time my order was missing a product that beautylish typically includes in your packages.I have been turned on to two of my holy grail products thru your little surprises your company so generously throws in our orders,like my anastasia eye primer and my Charlotte Tilburu magic cream.I completely understand every order can't included the bonus items I was just a bit disappointed.I still support you.over sephora.

Omg, I just tired! I relieved my order either damaged or used product. I only asked a replacement of for my foundation stick that on came damaged too, i higherlight powder look used and my liquid foundation came half empty. I will never buy from them again. Only from the original brands. No wonder the products where on sale. I have check the batch code but they a probably expire or on the border of being. Its my own mistaken. Lesson learn. But good for them for their great shipping, i guess.. Thanks for the automatic message down below, i guess...... does that make up for it......:_

They used to be amazing. However I placed an order worth over $355 for my sister and I. Today it arrived with half of the items missing including the most expensive. My sister lives 1.5 hr drive from me and had her husband book this Saturday off to retrieve her items but they failed to ship them. And now they have no idea when they will be able to make the journey with a new baby. In response to beautylish responding. I had explained several times the reason it doesn't get shipped to my sisters place is that she lives in an apartment building 4 flights of stairs up (I thought it was 3 but it's 4) and she has a new born baby and it is very hard to carry a baby who is 3 months premature and try and go up and down stairs to carry a heavy box of makeup.

Terrible service I place order 06/05/2021 today’s 06/06/2021 my order hasn’t arrive yet! I got confirmation by email when I placed order I will receive my order between 17-19 May. However I have sent email asking about my order to Nils as beautylish who is CEO and co-founder of Beautylish. I never hear anything back from them what’s going on to my order. I need my money back! Not sure if this website a scammers!
