This review has been building up for some time. When the conspiracy palette was released, multiple people found fibers in their product. It was also extremely under stocked (You literally still can’t buy one from his or any of his retailers). This same situation has happened with all of his launches following this one making it nearly impossible for the majority of his customers to purchase any of his products. In the Winter 2019 launch, it was confirming that an order was placed in his website and then it would eventually take you back to your cart then saying the item was sold out. Then stickers were in all of his small holiday boxes which were not cosmetic items as advertised. Then, his Valentine’s Day 2020 launched next and customers were unable to select the drop down for his mystery boxes causing many to miss out on these products.Dont forget the issue with all of the tracking numbers being invalid and everyone basically getting two. Lastly, the bloodlust palette was released and for the first time, enough product was produced for their customer demand but the products quality suffered due to them trying to meet this demand. The palette I purchased was missing the letters on the executioner shade and I’ve seen numerous people show pictures of shades that weren’t even in the correct pans. I reached to Beautylish and they were very professional and offered a 5.00 credit or a refund due to this manufacture defect. I attempted to reach out to Jeffree Star cosmetics to advise of this defect and they advised that they are not responsible for products that are purchased through their retailers (Idk who is then since they produced the defective product). Another compliment to Beautylish is that we ordered this product with free shipping on Friday and it arrived on Saturday by 2 pm the next day. Not only was shipping near 11.00 dollars for the same palette on Jeffree’s site(Which would be the price of overnight shipping for most products this size at another merchant) but it took close to a week to even receive a confirmation email saying that a shipping label was created just like the previous launches. I have no idea how this dude still has so many people supporting his company, but I just felt the need to keep it real at this point. #theboyfriend

Brands not extensive enough. Would love to see persona, flesh beauty, bite beauty, milk makeup, soap brows etc. Also, minimum spend for shipping is too high. Maybe like 50 USD would be good.

Easy to use, fast delivery however only limited brand with no price advantage. Therefore I am using cult beauty now

Very good shopping experience. Shipping is very quick. Enjoyed the products purchased from them. The reason I’m giving 3 star because of the customer service. While chatting about a return I have experienced them hanging up all on a sudden. Their return service is not good also. It takes awful 2 or 3 business weeks to get your money back which is really frustrating. But overall if you are so sure about the product you purchase and you are not gonna return it and if you don’t have to deal with the customer care then of course it is a great place to shop.

The customer service is amazing, always packed well for every product I bought. But I really want to share some disadvantages that I really concern. The shipping fee is too high, and we need to buy over than 100 dollars to save this international shipping fee, I love to buy beauty products on internet not only on beautylish, but beautylish shipping fee’s threshold is higher than other site. Ex: cult beauty, beauty expert, lookfantastic, SpaceNK...etc. In the other hand, there’s no discount sale on beautylish site. This reason makes me if there’s other choice, I will not buy the products on beautylish. And, there’s only one international shipping method on beautylish, if we could choose other method (like USPS), maybe we could save some money on shipping fee and the tax, that would be very helpful.
