Hi Catherine, thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Beautylish order. We sincerely apologize for the delay in your receiving the order. This is not the experience we want you to have! The order was shipped on 6/10/21 and delivery was to be by 6/24/21 at the latest via Landmark Global (6-10 business days from date of order shipment). The Landmark Global tracking lists that the package was not processed at their New York USA facility until 6/21/21. We have reached out to Landmark Global to find out why there was the delay in processing the package. A full refund has been processed for the order and a separate credit has been placed on your Beautylish account. Details are provided in an email reply sent to you a few minutes ago. Please accept our apologies, and we hope we get an opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Hi Valeriya, your review indicates that you asked Beautylish to return the money for the goods that you did not receive, You had ordered shadows and a sculptor, there were no shadows in the package. We replied to your inquiry advising you that a refund or reshipment was not possible as you had similar claims of missing items on two other Beautylish accounts in which refunds were issued. We have recommended that you shop elsewhere for your beauty product needs. Thank you,
