OMG...hands down the best online beauty store I have come across. Free express shipping from the US to NZ on orders over $150 US and an affordable payment plan. My order took exactly 2 days! Brands are at US prices and arrive quicker than some of my domestic orders that mark up their prices on US brands. Package was beautifully packed and personally signed. I received regular updates on the shipping status and straight after I received my package, I received an email from Nils the CEO himself! stating that if I had any issues with the products, questions or just didn't want to receive regular emails from Beautylish, to email him or the team directly and they will answer ASAP. Needless to say, I emailed them with nothing but PRAISE. I will definitely be ordering from them again and will choose them over other companies no doubt! LOVE LOVE LOVE BEAUTYLISH...they are the bomb!

GREAT products at an affordable price. I bought a few Ordinary serums and couldn’t be happier. My skin is glowing. I’ve tried lots of products at much higher products but The Ordinary was superior. Also, shipping was fast and the packaging was done with such care that it looked like a beautifully wrapped gift.

I bought some Jeffree Star Liquid Lipsticks from Beautylish. At first I was going to buy them from Beautybay, but they sold out of the colors I wanted. When I put them in my cart I noticed I had free shipping. I was ecstatic. I live in Germany, and to get 3 day free shipping is a treat! So I received my package in wonderful packaging, with a personalized note wishing me enjoyment with my lipsticks. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 4 lipsticks weren't right. I had Jeffree Star lipsticks, so I knew the formula well, and these 3 weren't complying with that. I was a bit disappointed. So I emailed them telling them my complaints, of course in a nice way. Literally within 3 hours (I emailed them probably while they were sleeping, or else I'm sure they'd respond even faster!) I received an email from Lea. She told me she was sorry that this happend. She was so sweet and nice! She offered either a refund or reshipment without sending the product back. I was so surprised, as usually companies expect you to return the product, (sometimes you have to pay for the shipping yourself!). Not in this case! I told Lea I'd like a refund on one of the lipsticks, and that I'd like a reshipment of 2 of them. Within a few hours I had already received an email that my items were shipped FOR FREE on priority!! Thursday they were shipped from Dallas, I got them in Germany on Monday! The weekend came in between, therefore it added an extra day, I'm sure if it were just weekdays I would've gotten them quicker. Regardless of that, shipping is FAST, order processing is PROMPT, customer service is EXCELLENT! I love how they calculate customs with your order! I hate having to pay the courier customs. It's a psychological thing, I feel like I'm paying more than I should. Even though I am, but like I said, it's psychological! And I also don't have to worry about having cash at home when the delivery guy/gal comes! I will definitely be buying from them again! I wish they had more brands...hopefully in the near future they will. I recommend this company 100%!!! 👍👍

I cannot praise this company enough :) Their customer service skills are exceptional and they seriously go above and beyond for their customers! I had an issue with a palette I bought from them and they instantly solved it, like on the day solved it. Such an AMAZING company honestly, incredibly trustworthy and lovely staff. I love shopping with them :) :) :) Just had to share how FANTASTIC they are to you all! Oh, also, they are super fast with shipping. I ordered my product and it came within a few days (I live in Scotland and they ship from America)! They also package their products up beautifully! I got a gift voucher from them and they personalised it by writing my name beautifully on the envelope, how amazing is that!

Absolutely spot on customer service from beautylish. They go above and beyond compared to other makeup sites if there’s a problem. It’s great that they calculate taxes at the checkout and the delivery is faster than most U.K. makeup sites. The flexi pay option is fantastic too. I can’t sing this company’s praises enough. I am a makeup enthusiast and artist who does most of my shopping at Mac, Ulta, and Sephora (<🙄).I have been always had reservations about shopping at new companies especially online. I watched one of my favorite youtubers Wayne Goss and he mentioned the website. I tried them, and I absolutely Looooove them. Their customer service and attention to detail is my best experience to date!!! The brands they sale are both amazing and diverse. If the could bring in a few more companies I honestly would do 80% of my shopping from them.
