I have used Beautylish twice now. Besides paying US prices and making it cheaper all round in Australia, the customer service has been amazing. I recently purchased an Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam palette but it got slightly damaged in transit - so they sent me an entire new one so questions asked! They are a very good company and clearly value their customers. Their postage times are pretty good too considering the products come from America. Takes about 5-7 working days from my experience. Definitely recommend!

I am SO impressed with this company! The site and app are easy to navigate through and after I made my purchase, it was delivered to my door in less than 24 hours! Everything was individually wrapped to ensure the product wasn't damaged and a deluxe sample as well as a hand-written note thanking me for my business was included. For such a large company I am blown away by the thought and consideration for their clients. I highly recommend! Thanks Beautylish!

Service: 5/5 My order was shipped internationally to the UK. I received sufficient updates, dispatch time was quick, items were delivered super quickly. I was impressed by the international delivery time, especially for the reasonable price of shipping. My products were packed elegantly. Beautylish really made an effort by neatly packaging the items with tissue paper and ribbon, which makes them stand out as a beauty retailer for me. I had no issues with my transaction, it was safe and easy, even ordering with a foreign currency. Website: 5/5 I love the websites layout. My favourite feature is the customer reviews with photos. They are so helpful. Helpful swatches of product are also prominently featured. The website is a pleasure to navigate since it is so clean, simple, and classy looking. Products & Value For Money: 5/5 Products are in stock for the most part. High-demand brands may sell out, but in my experience I have always been able to get my hands of the products that I want through Beautylish. I have found discount codes for Beautylish a few times, I have also received free shipping after spending a comparatively small amount of money to what other sites offer. For that reason, I find Beautylish offers incentives for customers and helps customers save some money. I went to Beautylish to purchase Sugar Pill's Trinket (and Jeffree Star's Shock and Christmas Cookie) Liquid Lipsticks as it was unavailable in the UK, I had an outstanding experience shopping with Beautylish. Beautylish if my favourite online beauty retailer. I would recommend them, especially to international shoppers that want to purchase brands unavailable in their country.

I somehow stumbled upon Beautylish in my online travels for great skincare products. I sure am glad I did! Especially since I <3 cosmetic brushes and Beautylish has the best selection! But, I do get pulled in by other great skincare they offer. Having the option of three payments makes purchases much easier, especially since the items I love are sometimes a bit more pricey. What makes Beautylish even more spectacular is the Lucky Bag, sold at the end of the year (after Christmas). Somehow, I was eligible for the Lucky Bag XL, and I received over $500 worth of products for the $150 price (plus tax and shipping). Whenever I have a problem with the online purchase or questions, their customer service is so helpful, offering discounts on items I have a question about. I guess I'm lucky I live in the same state as Beautylish (CA), so I get my items within two days of shipping. Hooray! Thank you Beautylish!!

Really happy, this is my first time ordering from the USA and from Beautylish and I am pleased to say the whole experience was very pleasant and the customer service is great! Will definitely be ordering again soon, 100% recommend :) x

I ordered a Jeffree Star liquid lip 3-pack from Beautylish. They sent me the wrong one by accident, so I called them and told them what happened. The person on the phone was extremely apologetic and told me she'd send me the one I originally ordered on priority shipping for free. When I asked her if she wanted me to send back the one I got (the wrong one), she told me to keep it, since I was in Canada and it would be too much hassle. She placed my order for the original bundle I wanted yesterday and it just came in today. Amazing customer service and I got 3 Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks for free because they messed up. Would 100% recommend this site to anyone because when they make a mistake, they own up to it and compensated me very well. I'm very happy with Beautylish and will definitely be buying again!

When the courier screwed my (very expensive) order up, I wrote to Beautylish and explained the situation to them. Hours later (the difference between GMT and PST is nail-bitingly large!), a young lady called Bess replied. And over the next few days, she worked ceaselessly on my behalf. She was apologetic, made amends, and ended up having a new delivery sent to me. If the original order came in the meantime, I offered to return it, but was told I’d gone through enough stress without having to think about returns. Surprisingly, the original order *did* turn up, as well as the replacement. Again, I offered to return, and was told to keep it, and was also given a discount off my next purchase. There are some good online beauty retailers in the UK, such as Beauty Bay, who have also been good to me. But it was the “care” in “customer care”, which truly impressed me. Bess treated me with compassion, empathy and did her best ++ for me. There are a number of high-end online retailers, like SpaceNK, who could learn a lot from Beautylish. I’ve been impressed by all my orders from Beautylish so far, even down to the beautiful packaging. Paying taxes at source is also a massive bonus as there’s no Royal Mail “handling fee” of £8 to worry about. I will return time and again to this shop. They know how to retain and reward loyalty...unlike others... Superb, outstanding...any positive superlative you can think of. That describes Beautylish for me

So I ordered from here because Beauty Bay did not carry the Jeffree Star lipstick in the colour that I wanted. I liked the look of Beautylish because of how much they have in stock and the free UK shipping on orders over $35, so I decided to order a few items. What I loved is that you pay customs at checkout (and it came to about £8) so you don't have to worry about sorting out a payment when it gets to your country. I placed my order on Sunday 21st January, and it arrived at my home on Friday 26th. I've never had something from the US arrive so quickly. Everything was well packaged and I even got a nice handwritten note thanking me for ordering from Beautylish and that they hoped I enjoy my Jeffree Star and Sugarpill products. While I could probably order from the UK and get the products for the same price, I will definitely shop from Beautylish again in the future. Even with the customs fee I did pay less than I would have if I had ordered from a UK website(it's so unfair how everything is cheaper in USA), and the delivery was SO speedy. I have no complaints. This is literally the first review I've ever left here. I was sceptical before ordering but I decided to leave this review here to let UK shoppers know that this is a good site to get beauty products from.
