I recently ordered the thirsty plalete as a Christmas present for myself from my mum from beautylish. When it first arrived hermes was to deliver the product around 8 or so days after ordering.when I tracked my package it said returning to sender. I went to beautylish customer service to ask about what was happening and they replied very quickly.soon after I was given a replacement which arrived after around 8 days. I was very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend using them .

I made an order on the evening of the 17th and it's already here, having arrived before lunch on the 19th! That's rather incredible given that it originated in San Francisco, USA and I live in Hampshire, England. The items were beautifully and carefully hand-wrapped, I received a lovely surprise sample, and I could not be more pleased.

Easy returns and AMAZING customer service. I placed 2 orders. The shipper lost one package and would not give me any information. Beautylish customer service researched the issue and was unhappy with the shippers response so they offered 2 solutions and let me pick which I preferred. I also wanted to pay off a flex pay balance with a “pre-paid” card. Called customer service and Jazmine was EXCELLENT! Their customer service cannot be beat. I did return a product I didn’t like. The return was easy and processed quickly. I also asked for a suggestion on a product I may like better and their suggestions was great! LOVE Beautylish!!

Fantastic!!! Absolutely amazing!! Super fast shipping to the UK. Ordered on Friday night, products delivered on Wednesday! All items beautifully wrapped, very well packaged to protect them and all individually almost gift wrapped, just beautiful. Prices are good and the duties and taxes are included at checkout, so no nasty surprises when they arrive in the UK! So far can’t fault them!
