Beautylish is exceptional when it comes to their service. I felt very secure pre-ordering my Natasha Denona palette. As usual, all merchandise is packaged with great care and I know that the contents will always be up to par with the Beautylish standard. My package arrived within 3 hours since I am in their new warehouse area with "Zero Day Delivery", you can't get any better than that! I was texted by an actual person the next day and we shared our thoughts about the products. Beautylish customer service deserves 10 stars, as well as shipping and delicate packaging! Each item is wrapped securely, to prevent damage during delivery (if possible, they don’t have control over FedEx’s handling of the items once it ships.) Tons of brands to choose from and clear pictures of every product, making shade selection easy.
