Ordered for the first time during Black friday. Shipping was a little slow but I don’t mind because I understand there were a lot of orders at the time. Products came nicely in bubble wrap and paper, perfect condition, customer service replied to both of my emails within 12 hours of me sending them. 10/5 will order from them again

First time ordering from this amazing company, placed order on Thursday evening and it arrived Tuesday morning, this is the quickest shipping I've ever encountered from the US to Ireland. Its great to have all the taxes and duties all included in the shipping, more companies should take note and provide a similar service. I'm already looking forward to my next purchases, everything arrived nicely wrapped, the finishing touches really add to the experience. One of the best beauty retailers out there and would highly recommend to anyone.

I ordered online from Singapore the Jeffrey Star Mini Controversy + Shane Velour Liquid Lipstick and Pink Double Zip Bag as a X'mas gift for my daughter . When the package arrived , everything was in it except the Mini Controversy palette . I emailed service @ beautylish.com and instantly got a reply from Monique who at once put an order out for a replacement . She said it was coming from HKG in a week but I was amazed the next minute I got an email and text saying it was on the way and I actually received it the very next day .Too amazing for words . And the palette was absolutely Beautiful !
