Indeed a very professional company that cares for the clients. I have ordered two times from them and they sent my order neatly packed and wrapped on time and all items as per the request. I have placed 33 orders since August 26, 2018... I can not rave enough about how fantastic they are. My packages are shipped with care and wonderful little details. Customer service has always been prompt (even during a Jeffree Star launch, when things can sell out in under 10 mins)! When I've had issues with damaged items (issues during manufacturing) they take care of it quickly and with care. During this pandemic they have still gotten orders out SO FAST that it's hard to believe there is actually anything going on. I was told my order would be delayed but it wasn't at all.

Love this company! It is so great to find all my fabulous favorite cosmetics in one place and if I choose to I can pay over time! I was advised that packing my order and shipping it out would take longer due to coronavirus and less staff. I received it within days after it was shipped! I had an employee text me the day my order arrived to be sure I was happy. Very happy with my first buying experience with this company, will make future purchases here!

Best of the online shopping venues! They deliver from the US to Europe as though it was right next door. Quality products, returns without issue, payment plan, kind staff; what more could you ask for! Everything is clear and transparent. I hope they keep the service standards high and continue to hire kind, thoughtful staff who want to "serve" their clients. Because serving isn't being subservient. And I also hope they pay them well and include them buisnesswise in making and running of the business.

I have had some very, very good experiences with Beautylish and their costumer service that I wish to share. A recent one was that I had ordered a Jeffree Star bag, it came fairly quickly. Unfortunately the strap thingy on the shoulder was thorn, I am guessing an error during production which has nothing to do with Beautylish. It's still useable, just not new a pretty looking. They send me a replacement, it was the wrong pink bag, they sent me a third one. Every mail was replied to very fast and in a very kind manor. My daughter age 8 use one of the bags and I the other 2. So we use them all, so no waste here ;) Today I ordered 1 item, it was sent less than 5 hours later. Everything is always very nicely wrapped. Great company in my opinion!

Beautylish never fails to give service that is professional, expedient & gorgeous presentation...their competitors could take a page from this!

Wow! I super love the wrapping with Catwoman Johnny Depp Etc on it my Jeffree Star palette made it here on time even with the virus going on it came with two great samples but they really blew me away with the way they wrapped it and sent it great job you guys!
