Première expérience avec ce site. Un peu réticente en ayant lu les commentaires en anglais mais RAS. J'habite en Belgique, livraison en temps et en heure, pas de taxes supplémentaires à l'arrivée. Sav très efficace. Produits emballés avec soin. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

I order items from Beautylish to be delivered to me in Singapore. Shipping is free to Singapore for orders over US$100. I've ordered from them once so far and everything went well. I received my items in just about a week and everything was well packaged. I can't comment on their customer service because I've not had any need to contact them. But overall, I will definitely keep buying from them as they are a great site if you want to buy Sonia G or Wayne Goss brushes or Japanese fude brushes from brands such as Chikuhodo and Koyudo.

This was my first time to order from Beautylish. My order arrived on schedule. I am from Manila. I am satisfied with the customer support team and the service. The items inside were beautifully wrapped. Even if I just ordered 2 items, I was surprised to receive freebies (that are actually useful: mini samples of Good Molecules primer and toner). I ordered Wayne Goss # 4 and Sonia G’s mini booster. They did not disappoint! All the reviews of these brands and their brushes are not exaggerations. The brushes are very soft and diffused/blended the shadows perfectly and I am not even a pro make up artist, but someone who just enjoys applying make up.

I’m genuinely surprised by the recent negative reviews but perhaps international orders are better dealt with? I have used them several times in the last 4 months or so as I can only buy the Wayne Goss and Chikuhodo brands on that website (unless I order from the latter brand directly in Japan). I have never had an issue with an order. Usually it’s despatched the same day, I guess because ordered placed in the evening in the U.K. have time to be dealt with during office hours in the US. I’ve never waited more than 1 week to receive an item in the U.K. by FedEx (including over Christmas in this pandemic). If only they stocked Pat McGrath products! Packaging is good - I have to admit I was very surprised that expensive make up brushes didn’t come in their own individual boxes (such as the way Sigma brushes are packaged) but I then ordered a brush from Liberty and the brush was packaged in the same manner as done with Beautylish. That gave me assurance that it wasn’t Beautyish pulling a fast one. I would not have a problem recommending them at all, I’ve recommended them to my own family, and it’s a shame others have had bad experiences lately.
