I’ve ordered twice from this company now and both times have been blown away by the super-fast shipping to Canada. Literally the next day - from San Francisco to Ontario Canada. I can’t get an order from Home Depot up the road that fast. Duties are calculated at checkout so there’s no hassle with the courier. It arrives beautifully packaged and they always throw in some sample goodies. I don’t usually write reviews but in this Covid environment, our Province has been in lockdown for 6 weeks with shopping limited to essential goods only, I’ve relied heavily on online shopping. This company is doing it right.

I was so skeptical of ordering from abroad at first, but that concern was completely unjustified. I do not usually write reviews, but when the customer service is far above expectations, it feels like I have to pass this on to those who may have the same concerns as me. First, the products came super fast. Second, when I emailed them about a broken eyeshadow in one of my pallets I got an answer within three ours. They asked me if I want a refund or a new pallet. I told them that I want a new one and they fixed it the same day. Also, they were super nice in the conversation. In other words, I have found a new supplier of makeup and skincare. Yay! (My wallet is screaming..)
