The shipping was great don’t think “my mystery box” should have sucked cause I also ordered additional Jeffree star products

I bought 2 Jeffree star surprise bags and since I bought 2 I figured that they would have at least put different products in each bag but a lot was the same highlighter, lipstick and gloss. Was very disappointed figured whoever packed them would have done different stuff guess not!

I literally reached out as I got the same exact items that I got in the lucky bag for a surprise bag. I'm the only one from what I've seen on you tube that got the same variety of items. Beautylish did nothing for me or give me the chance to exchange it or anything. They just didn't care about my situation and that is upsetting that they couldn't relate at the very least even if they could do nothing.

Beautylish can't handle popular launches. They're normally great if you're buying something normal, but Beautylish sell a number of exclusive lines such as Wayne Goss & Sonia G. They allow customers to pre-order yet they don't limit their purchases nor advertise this. As a result, the recent Sonia G launch sold out within minutes and their site glitched badly, while some people were able to grab doubles or triples, then later on attempt to sell them for 3X the price. Horrible practice. Beautylish needs to make it clear how we can pre-order and limit new launch purchases per person.

Please do you have any other payment method like alipay I really like to order but I don't have credit cards.

First of all I would like to state that this is the first review I have ever posted for a company anywhere on the web. I'm extremely disappointed in my Beautylish experience. I placed an order and received an email asking me to confirm a pre-auth charge on my credit card as a way of verifying that I am the owner of the card. A little unusual, but I went ahead and checked my card and there was a small charge on it which I promptly (within 24 hours) emailed back to them and waited for news of the shipment of my order. Three days later I was about to enquire as to why my order hadn't been shipped yet when I found that my order status had been changed to Cancelled. So I sent an email asking why this had happened and received a reply informing me that it was cancelled because I hadn't informed them of the pre-auth charge! So I took a screenshot of the earlier email I had sent them (the one stating the pre-auth amount) and sent this in an email attachment as proof. Beautylish then inform me that they have no record of this email's existence and imply I'M the one being dishonest. (Really, Beautylish?) That email is still sitting in my sent folder. Now since I live in Australia my bank charged me a currency conversion fee. Beautylish refunded the order amount, however obviously I didn't get my currency conversion fee back despite this being Beautylish's mistake. When I explained this to them, they offered to give me a store credit for the fee amount, as long as I PROVED the amount to them first. By this point I just can't be bothered with this retailer anymore. Because I'm thinking that even if I indeed sent them a copy of my card transactions in order to prove the currency fee, all for the sake of several dollars, how do I know the same outcome will not eventuate a second time? (That they will claim once again that I haven't confirmed the pre-auth with them and cancel the entire order.) Perhaps they are less concerned about their overseas customers than their US customers, because they don't seem at all interested in making up for their mistake, instead the onus is on me to run around getting a copy of my card statement in order to get a store credit of a few dollars and risk receiving the same treatment again. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is that they replied relatively swiftly each time, and I got a refund for the order amount (but lost the currency fee). I certainly will not place an order with Beautylish again. Mecca, here in Australia, is awesome and no doubt wouldn't dream of treating a paying customer like this.

I love shopping from beautylish. And I hate to give 2 stars just because of customer service agent’s behavior. My rating and review is purely for customer agent (female) who treated me rudely. During oct 2020 gift card event I received bad customer service and was humiliated for my gift card money. I think they hired some new staff who are dealing customers this way. Beautylish needs to take action immediately.

make up was expired upon arrival. You could tell because it had less product in there (2g less in weight) and the formula was more viscous (thicker), meaning that water (imposture) had leaked out over the last 3+ years. I'm not even sure why you sell expired product. I will not be using Beautylish anymore. I'd rather just order straight from JS and know I am getting good product. I never received a replacement or refund.
