J'ai fait appel pour un produit endommagé au service client, qui a été réactif, m'a envoyé le nouveau produit en livraison express (de l'étranger), et m'a offert un bon d'achat pour ma prochaine commande. Les produits sont joliment et soigneusement emballés. Le seul point négatif serait l'absence de programme de fidélité.
