Overall the shopping experience is great. It’s just for Canada customers, the return/exchange policy is not as convenient as expected. If only that could improve.

I love beautylish, it's my favourite beauty supplier. I just wish the prices were in my funds, for example Canadian dollars since I've picked the Canada option.

Happy enough with the liquid lipstick except they dry out well before they have finished which is disappointing some like the reds especially

I truly like the brands and curated offers I get from Beautylish. My only issue with them is the over packing of my items. Every box I get is like an instagram moment, with beautiful boxes, carefully folded brown paper bags wrapped with a brown string, all buried in layers of black tissue. It's gorgeous, but very wasteful. Give us the choice -- simple packing to protect our purchases, or the fancy-schmancy reveal-worthy journey.

I love the pay in installments for one as it allows me more freedom to buy now instead of putting it off which means I’m able to spoil myself much more often! My only reason for four stars was due to my pallet being broken on one of the pans which made a huge mess! I am a pallet lover and waited for this one to restock for months so when it came broken I was upset! However, after I emailed it wasn’t even hour later that I had a reply thanking me for sending a picture because it was being sent to their quality control department and I was asked if a credit as well as a new pallet would be acceptable to which I replied that I was worried it would be out of stock again and that I had planned on using the alley for my Saturday plans! ( I was awarded credit because the broken pallet messed up another pallet which caused me time consuming to clean it up)...by the end of the night: it was two when I sent first email, my package was being prepared and I woke up to a notice that my package was being shipped! It was Tuesday when I sent email and Friday I had my new pallet! Talk about ensuring that I was happy and compensated! What great customer service skills! It’s also noted that i find it hard to believe that my pallet broke because they box the merchandise in at least ten tissue papers, separate from other items, and bubble wrap! So, I’m not sure what or how it ever broke as the care for it to arrive safely was evident in both of the packages! It could have been broke by.... fedex?

I love beautylish thank goodness I found them. I only gave them four stares because I think they need more varieties of products. Especially the popular ones.

I liked service overall, however it is sometimes hard to select a correct shade and more detailed filters. maybe you could add more links to videos with reviews or link the products to temptalia or other similar platforms allowing the costumer to make a better choice. I love Beautylish though, thank you!
