I SPENT NEARLY 700.00$ [IM A YOUTUBE BEAUTY FIGURE]AND PRO MUA! I JUST REACHED 20,000 SUBSCRIBERS SO I PURCHASED SOME COOL HIGH END ITEMS FOR 20 GIVEAWAYS, ONLY 2 ITEMS CAME BROKEN AND MONICA MADE IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO MAKE MY CLAIM!SHE INSULTED ME..DEMANDED ALL THIS UNNECESSARY STEPS.. LIKE IM ON THE STAND FIGHTING A JUROR, JUDGE AND PROSECUTOR!! SHAMELESS!! HEARTLESS!! NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS COMPANY SEE ANYMORE OF MY MONEY

Absolutely appalled by my experience with beautylish. They never sent me what I ordered. Contacted them when they finally responded they told me they’d look into the matter. Almost a week later with no response I contacted them once again. They replied a day later and basically told me it wasn’t there problem that they never shipped me my order and to contact my bank. What kind of company is this?? I would highly recommend you to purchase from a different beauty store with integrity and accountability such as ultra or Sephora. Ive contacted my bank but I never should’ve had too. Now it will take a couple months to get a refund. I’m completely disgusted and I will make sure everyone is aware of what a horrible company this is.

Wow. Shocking customer service. Charged my credit card, then cancelled the order as apparently my payment was declined. Upon sending banking proof they refused to send the order as they argued the payment was never received by them. Have had to contact my banking institution (who have very much guaranteed they did indeed successfully charge me card, with funds having left the account) to dispute the transaction and try to get my money refunded. This all being right before Xmas where I am now left short with presents purchased, due to crappy customer service and no help at all from the company. There are far better sites out there to get your products from, I’d avoid this site at all costs!

The negative review is about the Beautylish service. I ordered a face powder, which I received in damaged condition. I immediately took pictures and emailed them to the company, asking about the process of rectifying the issue. They responded, sending me a shipping label to return the damaged powder (!) I understand this is the typical process but people need to be able to use their brain (if they have any). All I wanted was to have the face powder replaced with one that isn't damaged. Instead, I had to repackage the damaged product and then go out to find a fedex place where I could print the label and have the package shipped. Seriously??? Why did I have to spend time of my life for this? They didn't even bother to notify me once they had received the package back so I had to call them to find out. They refunded the money. That said, that's not what I wanted - I just wanted a non-damaged product. After that experience I won't buy from them again. It's too much hassle to deal with brainless people.
