This hype about the customer service is REAL. I loved that beautylish always strive to get new brands and products; the price is good and reasonable. The most that I loved about beautylish is that, no matter how big or small the order is, when it arrived and I opened it, it always make me feel that beautylish really appreciate my business and value me spending my money with them. I always enjoy ordering from beautylish for many reasons. They have extremely fast shipping, and items are always packed with such care . Their customer service is amazing as well. In my latest order they accidentally sent me the wrong item . Contacting them was easy and they resolved my issue immediately. I will definitely continue to shop with beautylish for all my beauty needs.

I had heard about Beautylish's great customer service; now I have experienced it first hand. I was deciding between several makeup brushes, and I received great help deciding. Even after the brushes came, I was unsure about the handles (since they are different than other Japanese brushes I won in my collection). Beautylish was even helpful with that - giving me return information if I changed my mind. Now I am all set and am keeping the lovely brushes, which i unwrapped this morning and will sue today. Thanks for the great customer service; Beautylish is the Nordstrom of brushes!
