Takes tooo long to receive
Ordered products a few days after Black Friday and 2 weeks later my package still has not been processed. I ordered from them a few months back and same thing. When I contacted customer service both times they gave me the same generic excuse that they are very busy with launches/ Black Friday etc . unfortunately with so many competitors in the Industry to choose from over 2 weeks to process an order is not acceptable. Unless u are happy to wait a month for your products I unfortunately would not recommend beautylish anymore .

Not good
placed an order on Blackfriday, which I understand there will be a lot of orders from the day but I didn’t it’s been 2 weeks and still hasn’t been shipped. Won’t be using beautylish as it’s just unreliable and takes longer than needed

This was the worst online experience
This was the worst online experience I’ve ever had. I bought a bunch of items on Black Friday as a gift for my fiancée at the discounted price and a few days later decided to buy two more items at the regular price. When I received my updated email I saw that all the discounted items were updated to the original price and didn’t get charged until 10 Days later!!!! I had to cancel the order even though I had proof from my bank with the original purchasing dates and prices. This place is garbage and that’s why I will never buy from a place that isn’t the official merchant. Now I need to scramble and figure out another gift before Christmas. I’ll be posting this on multiple review sites.

Hi Brandin, thank you for the feedback. The timeline for the order in question was reviewed and we noted to you during your initial inquiry that the Black Friday sale items were placed in your order on with two sale items on 11/29/19. Then as the order was being processed, four additional products were added to the order on 12/5/19. Those four additional items added on 12/5/19 were at regular price as the Black Friday sale was no longer in effect. Per your request, we cancelled the order when the explanation was provided to you and a full refund was issued for the order.

beware yes they have flex pay i tried…
beware yes they have flex pay i tried ordering for my mom under her address card ect... because i have flex pay with them mind you i do not live with her i was helping a woman in her 70 s christmas shop they cancelled her order and said i had to pay mine first never heard of such a rediculous thing

If possible I would give 0 star
If possible I would give 0 star. I never recieved my package. And they didn't even try to help. Also very rude customer service. Better to try other beauty websites.

missing items in my order
i received my order with two of the 3 items missing. the package was not opened before and i assumed that it was a mistake made by packaging team. i reaches out the customer service to have the missing items, they insisted that they were included in the package and asked me to deal with this situation with the bank. when i asked for proof that the package was sent with the full order, they were not able to provide any. the customer service was not helpful, not replying for a week. the only response i ever got is to contact the bank. i have shopped with beautylish and were amazed by the experience before. very disappointed with the customer service and will never shop at beautylish again !

In reviewing the account information and the research conducted by a Manager, we found that a complete order was shipped. The order was packaged and inspected by a Shipping Lead and the weight of the package as confirmed by FedEx, the shipping carrier, confirmed that the package weight matched to a complete order being shipped to you as well. We advised you to contact your bank or credit card company if you wished to dispute the billing charge further as based on the outcome of our research, a refund or replacement was not valid. No return shipping reimbursement for defective products
What the title says exactly. They are refusing to give return shipping reimbursement for products that came defective. I live in Canada so the return shipping cost is quite high. I am very disappointed in Beautylish for this. Nordstrom pays for my return shipping, Sephora pays for my return shipping, but not Beautylish.
