I gave the company 4 stars because the order and delivery process was fast and smooth. Still waiting to see what the after-sale customer experience is like since I made an inquiry about the item I purchased.

The wig was absolutely amazing. I wore it for a graduation party and got a lot of complements. The only problem is that it lasted for about 2 weeks before it started to frizz but I’m sure there are ways to minimize the frizz online

Good quality synthetic hair for the price. It's very soft and not too shiny. Blends well with my natural hair. Shipping was fast also. I would definitely recommend for a cheap alternative to Virgin or Remy hair!

Purchased braiding hair from the website. Ordered 8 packs of hair but only received 6. Contacted the phone number provided by the website to have the situation resolved. Continuously was told the person that handles online orders/disputes stepped out and will return later. Offered to take down my name and number but never received any form of communication to resolve my issue.

Hello Valued Customer, May I get your invoice number or Full name on the order, so I can resolve this for you. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Have ordered online and in store (when I couldn't wait) from Beauty Empire. Highly recommend this company. Even ordering online, product is delivered within a week.

I placed my order two weeks ago, and I have not received it. I have called the number 713 738 5801 several time and I only get voice mail.

The item was a great find considering all other sites had no more of the selection I'd been seeking. It was luck that beautyempire.com even had it. However, the turnaround time for shipping was longer than expected. In the Internet age of purchase domination, I just thought that over a week was long time. And that is with the item not even moving for about 3 or 4 days. A label created doesn't mean shipped. Shipped should be from the actual time it leaves the facility of which you've purchased the item/s. Businesses need to stop this farce. Aside from that, I'd recommend the site because of the layout & mostly ease of use. With time, hopefully they'll improve on shipping. Overall, I'm glad they were here & had what I was looking for. Thanks.
