I ordered 2 different kinds of hair and one of the products I ordered was out of stock. The company emailed and when I didn't answer the email they called to let me know and offered to replace it with a different brand that was a little bit more expensive at no additional cost. This was my first time ordering from them and from this experience I will be ordering again.

You have buy one get one free but I didn't receive my compted order. I had to reach out and inform you I would file a dispute with pay pal and that's when you refunded my money!!! I had emailed you several times befoe I was acknowledged and that's not how business is done.
