This was my first time ordering from this site. My hair arrived when they said it would. I was so exticed to install my deep indigo locs until I opened the box. The deep indigo was a 1b. There wasn't a hint of blue anyway. I read the return policy because it was on clearance I can't return it or exchange. I believe when you receive the wrong color the option to exchange should apply. Now I am stuck with hair i don't want.

Recieved my order pretty quick. However, I'm missing some items. I emailed them, but didn't get a response. Once I recieve my missing items, I will definitely order from them again.

They present 1 price to search engines and then when you're directed to their site the item is in actuality three times more expensive. The false pricing creates traffic on their site and its actually illegal in many states to "bait and switch" like this.

I went to every hair store in my area and googled the type of hair I was looking for and Beauty Empire was the ONLY online store that looked safe. I made my purchase and received the product within 3 days. (It was a holiday so it may have come sooner of it were a regular day.) Its exactly what I needed and it was hassle free.
