It was fast shipping and good quality😀

My free shipping of a $75 purchase or more came within 5 days. All the items I ordered was available, my only critiques would be, the shipping box was damaged but I guess that what’s expected once the package has left it’s headquarters hopefully & handled in the care of other careless employees. & also I feel as though the packages should be signed for upon delivery & not left at the door to avoid any issues. Other than that I’m very happy, excited & satisfied with my order. Hopefully Empire can be consistent so I can feel comfortable with ordering again in the future. Thank You Empire Beauty

recieved my wig and it was in horrible condition. I cant even wear it. The hairs was not layed down straight, it was all over the place and cant be fixed. I will never order again. Very disappointed

Only took away one star due to shipping. Paid for 2-3 business day shipping and it was not sent according to what I paid for. Other than that, i still love this store and their products. Will order again, perhaps not so close to my hair appointment in the future.
