We had a terrible experience with this company. We ordered three hoodies that were a one-piece anime and Lakers collaboration. The quality was poor, and the hoodies were way too expensive for what they were worth. The order took an excruciatingly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, we were utterly disappointed. They sent us the wrong colors and the sizes were way too big. This was a blatant false advertisement and a clear scam.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Sent the wrong shoe size (us size 11) when i got the shoe it was absolutely not a size 11 it was way bigger I complained and they sent another pair (Us size 10 this time) When i got the shoes they were the same "size 11" they originally sent me which was not the right size in the first place. and tried to charge me. This is a horrible business. highly suggest DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I had high expectations, but this experience has been disappointing, and I hope the company will improve their service to better meet customer needs in the future.

I’m completely done with this website. The savings arent worth the time it takes to receive their products. It can take up to 2 weeks to get an order. I ordered my last products on 11/13/24, they did not print the label until 11/19/24. They said I would receive by end of day today, 11/23/24, I have not received order and will not until an indefinite time. There is NO updated tracking info. This was the last straw for me. Complete done.

I have placed a recurring order with them. Not a single time items have arrived on time! My orders have been waiting for restock for over a month!. Now, I get first time order needs to be restocked. But for the 2nd and 3rd one to be late, this is just bad planning Products are great but if you don’t get them it doesn’t matter

Beautifiedyou have the worst customer services ever, i ordered from them and my order was delivered to someone else and when i contacted them about this they called me a liar and that it’s not their responsibility. I wasn’t looking for a refund idc i can order another but i just wanted them to know what happened then i was shocked from their aggressive, unprofessional and unrespectful response.

I purchase online its been 15 days I haven’t received my order yet. They still not send it. Such a bad service not buying again for this site. Not recommended!

I always love tripping over off-the-beaten cybertrack online cosmetic sites, especially those like Beautified You, which provides both better known and completely unknown (to me) products. It may be a small family business in the wilds of Anaheim, but Beautified You provided fast fulfilment, reasonable prices, comparatively reasonable shipping rates and lightning fast delivery (I'm an international customer), 8 days from their shelves to mine. Customer care is excellent, with an easy-to-navigate site and regular shipment/tracking/delivery updates. And the sign of a company seeking to rise above the rest, interested in customer care, goodwill and future business, lovely high-end product samples geared to my skin-care needs. Thanx Beautified You for a memorable shopping experience. I'll be back.
