I ordered an item that requires refrigeration, and it arrived 8 days later in packaging without any type of insulation. Refrigerated items typically arrive with some sort of insulated sleeve or cold pack, but my item was warm to hot when I finally received it. I contacted customer service and they’re ignoring me. I’ll need to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to reach a resolution.

Buyer beware! I had a horrible experience with this company I ordered some products for my wife for a total of around $150 and ended up getting somebody else's underarm deodorant worth $25 them being located in Montana myself being located in Northern California. Tried extensively to contact the business by phone but nobody answers I tried to use their chat service but nobody responds and finally sent several emails with them holding me hostage until they received the return of their $25 product not shipping the products that I ordered! These people do not deserve your business and be extremely cautious I have never dealt with a company that behaves this way! Halting the shipment of what you actually ordered because they miss shipped a product that is virtually valueless. I did return the product by USPS, but still did not receive my product requiring me to contact my credit card company and start a dispute process. Please please please do not give a company like this your business they do not deserve to be in business and their customer care is absolutely useless!!

Completely unacceptable to place an order for a product of this kind and for this price only to be told it can't be fulfilled and wind up receiving it 23 days later.

order online for a delivery at a hotel. paid for express delivery which was 2 to 3 days. unfortunately there was a delay which was not communicated. asked for delivery to another address which was confirmed and paid extra for. still delivered to the old address and not getting any replies from customer service. be very careful ordering from this site, not professional at all

I made an order on their website on July 20. On 4th day after the order, they emailed asking me to cancel my order and use a different payment method! I emailed back asking why – instead of replying back, they cancelled my order without any explanation. Waiting on money to be back on my account.

I have not yet received my order. I did not see any other way to notify you of this.

this company is kinda shady and horrible and aggressive customer service. they have a strict and limited policy on what can be returned and refunded and it's very broad. no cancellations allowed although it hasn't been fulfilled in 5 fives days, no refund on essentially everything. their processing/shipping is extremely long. i placed an order on 8/13/2025 and it didn't shipped until 8/19/2025 and eta is 8/23-24/2025. the entire process is between 10-14 days depending on your location. there are better online shopping options than this one. avoid.

We had a terrible experience with this company. We ordered three hoodies that were a one-piece anime and Lakers collaboration. The quality was poor, and the hoodies were way too expensive for what they were worth. The order took an excruciatingly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, we were utterly disappointed. They sent us the wrong colors and the sizes were way too big. This was a blatant false advertisement and a clear scam.
