I originally wrote an unfavorable review because I had an issue with my order and wanted to resolve it by phone. I thought we would need to discuss it. I left messages but noone returned my calls. I was miffed and wrote the bad review. I finally emailed and was told that because of COVID, their small company had noone to listen to and return calls. They resolved the problems immediately, graciously, and generously. I am now a fan!
