Looked on several websites for the Sonicare Diamondclean toothbrush in pink. I was in a major chains website and while in it was directed to Beautance.com for what I thought was an awesome price. When I received the item, it came wrapped in bubblewrap. NO WARRANTY, NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL.....NOTHING BUT BUBBLEWRAP. I purchased a Diamondclean for my husband from a reputable company and it came in the manufacturer’s box, with all the accessories, manuals and warranty. Attempted to contact the company via email thru their own website and four days later still no reply. Tried calling during business hours and got a T-MOBILE voicemail box that was so full, I couldn’t leave a message, so opted for SMS, which was supposed to text my phone number to that phone. No answer. This morning, I called and was able to leave a voicemail. I’m skeptical about getting my $145 back from them voluntarily, so will most likely have to go thru my bank and report this company as fraudulant.

Fake advertisement. No apologies or proper explanations. Very bad customer service. They wouldn't care their customers and threaten you if you're going to complain with BBB. Stay away from this company if you don't want hassles when you have a problem.

I had facial surgery and needed a certain serum. Beautance had it for a good price so I ordered it. Never got it. My order was canceled without me knowing! They never charged my card but never told me either. I was waiting for the order. When I called to find out why no one answered and the mailbox was full. SCAM! Don't order from them.

There is a problem with my order which I have not been able to resolve for 6 days now. It says there is an error processing my payment and I need to contact them. I have called their customer service line daily, during business hours, since the notification I received. No one ever answers. It goes to voicemail, and says the mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message. I have also emailed the company. It's unfortunate, because it looks like a site with great deals on products. However, I have had to order my product from a different supplier, and still have heard absolutely nothing from the company.

Do not buy from this online company. The product is not original. Also, customer service does not exist. You have to leave a message and no one calls you back. Very very shady business!

I had a question regarding my purchase and never received a return email, even though the site states they will return with an answer in an hour. The toll free customer service number is a cell phone that no one ever answers. Of course, I did not receive a return call. The product I bought was labeled as new in original box. This was very misleading because when I received my product it had been opened and stickers had been removed from the product. There were visible fingerprints on the product as well. They advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but that's a joke. I feel this company is a total scam. Lesson learned, cheaper isn't always better.

Sketchy business. Firstly, when I called the customer service number some random guy said "Hello?" and I had to ask if it was Beautance.com. Odd. I purchased breast pump supplies and used my Visa FSA card to pay for them. The transaction went through fine so I figured everything worked properly. Then I get an email Monday morning telling me to call in because there was an issue with payment. When I called he told me to repurchase the item, which had now gone up in price 150%. I said sure, can I get a price adjustment for the price it was over the weekend and he said no it was my fault for using an FSA card and now I have to pay the more expensive price. As a customer that doesnt make any sense, if you dont accept a card then decline it at the time of transaction, not 2 days later. Sketchy business. When I tried to explain what an FSA card is (because he had no idea and treated ME like I was stupid) he was rude and badgering. I'll take my business to some place more professional.
