Beauteca.com & Beautance.com sold me fake Anastasia palettes- they visually resemble the authentic palettes when Pictured, but the pigmentation is sparse & off, the smell is almost unbearable, the weight, the names- it's all a con & I want my money back from this fraudulent business. We have no idea what is in these pigments- Disgusting & Dangerous!

I was sent a knock-off Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. DO NOT buy from this website! Luckily, my bank issued me a refund because I could not get in contact with these scammers. The website looks sketchy and when they send out the 'order receive' email, it comes in PDF form with little information on it. After receiving the item I went to the return and exchange part of their page and it was full of spelling errors sooo that already told me that I was scammed. The transaction on my card was not charged under their name. My card got charged by 'Anastasia www.sugaringnny". Please leave that website immediately, do not get scammed!

I was a repeat customer but NOT anymore. The wrong product was sent to me and dealing with their one-man customer service "department" made the experience go from frustrating to HORRIBLE. The man was rude, impatient and curt. He told me that they have plenty of customers and they don’t need my business. Spend your money with a company where you will be valued and appreciated as a customer not treated as a nuisance or an interruption.

I ordered a product from here and received and incorrect product. I tried to contact the company at least 15 times by phone, a few times by email and also through their customer service email on their website. Nobody ever called me back. I finally got in touch with them and they just said they couldn't help me because I was past the 30 days. I asked to speak with a manager and he was rude to me. I am not sure how they stay in business.

Ordered skin medica pack. I used it one time and had a skin reaction. I called skinmedica and they gave me a return authorization and told me to discontinue. I called beautance and they told me I could return the product with that r a # for full refund. I sent the product back and never got a credit. I tried to call several times for days and no one would answer. I disputed the charge and finally got ahold of the guy at beautance. He said since I disputed the charge, he would not refund my product because the dispute would be approved. I received the dispute stating that beautance said the product was open and used. I used it once and returned it in the original box. Buyer beware!!!! This was over $200. They do not honor the return policy!!

Worse site to buy from. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over 3 days. I have emailed and called their costumer service, but it goes directly for voice mail. Their contact says it takes 1 hr to get them to contact you back, and it has been 3 days an no one has return any of my 10 calls or my 2 emails I have sent. I would NOT recommend this site to any one! Buy from another place, at least you know that way if there is an issue with your payment or information, it is secure and safe, and you are able to get some costumer support.

Selling very fake product, with disgusting smell. Not sealed at all. I bought two luna mini 2. And refuse to refund.

Customer service is worse than poor. It is nonexistent! I returned a wrongly shipped item 3 weeks ago, which they received. I've sent 7 emails and messages and no one has responded! I'm still waiting for my refund. This is unacceptable.
