SCAM!!! I placed an order for $150 but my product never arrived. When I called the company, the guy tried to tell me I was never charged. He was adamant about it and offered to charge me again and have the product resent. I got on my computer to look at my bank statement and saw that I was indeed charged. The guy all of a sudden tells me that I was charged indeed and the product is on backorder. After a drawn out conversation, he told me that he is sending me a refund. I asked him for his name and he hung up. I called them back and left a voicemail but no one called me back. I know they are screening calls. I called my bank and so far there is no refund. I believe I'm being scammed. I am contacting Better Business Bureau. SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

Purchased a Clarisonic from them and it came broken. I tried to contact Beautance several times by email and phone to get it exchanged but they never responded (despite advertising free returns within 30 days of purchase all over their website). I will never purchase from them again, and I guess I’m out $100.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a Braun thermometer and was sent the wrong model number. Called and emailed customer service numerous times before I actually spoke with someone. The company has a 30 day return policy no questions asked but I needed a RMA number. The person I spoke to was very difficult relaying any information to me about the process of returning and refunding. Finally just told me to return it with the order number and gave me the address. I returned it following the instructions by usps with tracking. It was received two days later. I waited over a month checking for the credit on my credit card statement and never saw it. Called the credit card company and no credit was issued. Called customer service on 3/7/19 and got the run a round by the same person. Told me it was credited but that I couldn't see it with some credit cards. Finally told me he would check into it and get back to me in 10 minutes which never happened. Tried calling today and phone number is no longer in service. Sent an email and filed a dispute with my credit card company. First time this has ever happened with online shopping. I should have read reviews before I purchased. Hope this helps the next person.

Rip off! Do not use this company...ordered nuface and it was a fake...my face was feeling the current which should not happen. The on_off switch was a sticker which is indication of a fake! There is no...I repeat NO customer service. No one answers the phone. I've left several messages and no return call. You cannot send items back as there are no return instructions or address included in the order. I was duped for $120. DO Not get duped!!!!! This "company" is horrible!!!!!

I seriously don't think this is a real company. I think they just took my $160. I paid extra for Fed Ex $18.94. FedEx has NO TRACKING NUMBER its a fake & I still do not have the product 8 days later. I've BEEN HAD! After the 14 day wait. I received the product It was perfect! The customer service is horrible, but I did get exactly what I ordered maybe because I complained on line.

Knock off Products! Won’t answer or return calls to return item. I did talk to someone once who said they would email return instructions. That email never came. Multiple calls and emails later, no response. I ordered a Nuface Trinity. It arrived quickly. However I also ordered a different Nuface head attachment from another company. The attachment did not work, so I called Nuface. Nuface reported that Beautance is NOT an authorized dealer for Nuface. Therefore, the product they sent is most likely a knock off. Buyer beware!!!!

I found competitive prices of Foreo Mini Luna 2 products on Beautance. So I placed 2 pearl pink Foreo luna mini 2 at $95 each. When I received the products, those didn't have an original seal on its box. I have bought Foreo on the main website so I can tell the differences immediately. There are no barcode sticker on its bag, no original seal on its box, different font on products, real foreo said made in china, and this one said assemble in Croatia. There is also note "ver1" next to name of product??? I have called time multiple times but there is always a voice mail no one answer or call back !!! I email them 10 times but no reply at all. There are people reviewing that they will never reply or answer the phone. I bought this product on Dec 17 and it has 30 day refund policy. Beautance demands that all returns must let them know so they can issue a return merchandise authorization form. Otherwise, they will not accept the return. I request Beautance issue the return form so I can return my products within the time frame. I don't accept the fact they kept silent until it pasts 30 days and not let me return the products when they sell fake products at the high price. Sound like a SCAM to me !!! I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO GET THE REFUND OF $195!!!

Don’t buy from them! Extremely rude customer service and not true to what it says on their website about 100% customer satisfaction. Really bad customer service. I paid extra for 1 day shipping to ship an item and it was supposed to be shipped via FedEx to arrive in time for me to surprise my wife. To save themselves some money, they shipped via USPS, and the package has not arrived after 6 days now. I called customer service and I was told that there is nothing they can do and they don’t care if I write a bad review about their service. Such horrible customer service, don’t fall for the same trap that I did. They could not tell me why they did not ship via fedex. Buy at your own risk.
