Made a mistake not cancelling my subscription, sent an email off, within 2 days it was sorted. Cory was quick and efficient, good service and I still think Beatport as a service is great anyway.

So we submitted an artist chart ahead of a big release... Unfortunately our chart's thumbnail photo didn't upload with the chart. Of course we were under a little pressure, especially because we wanted to satisfy our quality label... Needless to say, beatport support came through and rectified the issue within 24 hours. I had a query in regards to a purchase. I contacted the customer support and they sorted it out straight away. They were very helpful and polite. The store itself is great for a massive collection of dance music. A lot of rare ones I had trouble finding elsewhere.
